YD-5911 is a solvent-free aliphatic amine modified waterborne epoxy curing agent, can be applied in the primer of waterborne flooring. It can emulsify YD-128 epoxy resin, and the primer can be applied at 5℃. The touch dry time of the primer is 1-2h, and then it can be directly used as water-based epoxy mortar medium coating. Hardness and strength will be established in 10-13h, and then it can be sanded. YD-5911 can be diluted with water in any proportion, and has good compatibility with cement, and it is recommended to be used in cement grouting material and cement repair mortar. In the actual application, the cost of solvent-free epoxy grout is relatively high, while the cement grout cost is low, but the poor corrosion resistance of cement is very easy to be corroded, YD-5911 can get a balance between the two, to maintain low cost while also improving the corrosion resistance of cement grout.

The experimental ratios for the above points 1 and 2 are as
follows: YD-5911/YD-128 = 30/30. For point 3, the experimental
ratio is also 1 YD-5911/YD-128 = 30/30. After stirring thoroughly,
a 50μm paint film was prepared on a tin plate and naturally cured
for 7 days. The adhesion was tested using the cross-cut test
method. Point 4 refers to the weight of volatile organic compounds
contained in 1L of the waterborne epoxy
hardener (theoretical value).
RECOMMENDED APPLICATION

Part B:Tap-water/YD-5911=75/25
Part C:42.5 strength cement/middle sand/surface sand/water reducing
agent=400/400/200/0.7
A/B/C=1.5/4/25, mix Part A and Part B agents evenly first, then add
Part C material and mix evenly. Let it cure naturally at 23±2℃.
